Terms of Use.

By downloading, installing, or using Brewwww! ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Brewwww! is a personal coffee journey tracker that allows you to:

• Record your daily coffee and beverage consumption
• Track visited coffee shops with a passport-style stamp collection
• View your coffee history on a calendar
• Explore visited locations on a map

The App does not require account registration. Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via your personal iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and iCloud account.

You retain full ownership of all content you create within the App, including photos, drink records, and profile information. By using the App, you grant us no rights to your content. All your content stays on your device and your personal iCloud account.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems

The App, including its design, code, graphics, icons, and stamp designs, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. "Brewwww!" and associated logos are trademarks of the developer.

The App uses Apple services (MapKit, CloudKit) and Google Places API, each subject to its provider's terms. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of Apple Maps, Google Places, or other third-party service data.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The App is free of viruses or harmful components
• Coffee shop information from Apple Maps is accurate or complete

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

While we design the App to safely store your data, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, iOS updates, iCloud issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We recommend keeping your iCloud backup enabled.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the developer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the App.

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the App.
