Brewwww! ("we," "our," or "the App") is a personal coffee journey tracker. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding your data.

Information You Provide

• Profile Information: The name you optionally set within the App. If you used an older version that supported profile photos, a previously saved photo may remain in local or iCloud data for backward compatibility; current versions do not display or let you change it.
• Coffee Records: Drink names, dates, coffee shop names, and notes you create.
• Photos: Images you capture or select from your photo library for drink stickers.

Information Collected Automatically

• Location Data: When you grant permission, the App accesses your device's location to help you find nearby coffee shops. Location data is stored locally on your device as part of your coffee shop records.
• Photo Metadata: When you take or select a photo, the App may read EXIF metadata (such as GPS coordinates and timestamps) to auto-fill record details.

All data is used solely to provide the App's core functionality:

• Display your coffee consumption history in the calendar
• Generate passport stamps for visited coffee shops
• Show visited locations on the map
• Personalize your Brewport with your name

We do not:

• Sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties
• Use your data for advertising or marketing purposes
• Track your behavior or create user profiles for analytics
• Send your coffee records or photos to external servers other than Apple's iCloud. Nearby shop searches may send coordinates and search terms to Apple MapKit or Google Places as described below.

Local Storage

All your data (photos, records, settings) is stored locally on your device in the App's sandboxed storage. Photos are compressed and saved as HEIF/PNG files. The App does not store original full-resolution photos from your library.

iCloud Sync

If you have iCloud enabled, your data may be synced across your Apple devices via Apple's CloudKit service. This sync is managed entirely by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not operate any servers or databases.

Data Retention

Your data remains on your device until you delete it. You can delete individual records within the App, or delete all data by uninstalling the App.

The App uses the following frameworks and services:

• Apple MapKit: To display maps and search for nearby coffee shops.
• Google Places API: To improve Select Shop search results in Europe, the United Kingdom, and Taiwan.
• Apple CloudKit: To sync your data across your devices via iCloud.
• Apple Vision Framework: To process photos locally on your device.

No third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services are used.

The App requests access to your camera and photo library to take photos of your coffee drinks, select existing photos, and generate drink stickers. Photos are processed entirely on your device. The App does not upload your photos to any server.

Location access is optional and used only to find nearby coffee shops and display visited shops on the map. You can revoke location access at any time in your device's Settings.

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time within the App
• Delete individual records or your entire account
• Revoke camera, photo library, or location permissions via device Settings
• Disable iCloud sync via device Settings

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
